The aim of this course is to get drivers thinking about how legislation affects working hours and to better understand them. How to correctly use and record hours using analogue and digital Tachographs.
Learning Objectives
- State the maximum driving time and breaks
- How to keep WTD records, the information required and the reference periods involved
- Recount the procedures for using and inputting information into the digital Tachograph.

Driver Welfare, Customer Care & Security CPC
To help candidates become more aware of effects of fatigue, drugs, alcohol and other external factors on a driver’s ability to work effectively and within the law. Candidates will learn how to look after their customers and build on their communication skills to better deal with conflict.
